Town Council Approves Ballot Measures for Regular Municipal Election

During the regularly scheduled Johnstown Town Council meeting on Jan. 22, Council adopted three resolutions approving ballot measures to be included in Johnstown’s Regular Municipal Election to be held on April 7, 2020. The following, one issue and two questions, will be posed to the registered voters of Johnstown.

    Ballot Measure No. 1: Amending the Town of Johnstown Home Rule Charter
    Ballot Measure No. 2: To Opt-Out of Senate Bill 152
    Ballot Measure No. 3: To Approve a 0.5% Transportation Sales and Use Tax

To encourage informed voting and voter participation in the Regular Municipal Election, each ballot measure has been explained in detail on the Town’s Election Information page.
